Shawn Butterfield oversees our audio-visual department and make sure our microphones and PowerPoints for our worship services are always working.

Our benevolence ministry helps those in need both in our congregation and outside Graymere.

Hollis Carpenter, Jon Compton, Jim Grimes, and Robert Patrich make up our wonderful grounds team. They mow and keep things looking good during the summers but also maintain cleanliness and order in our various campus buildings.

Tim Gordon, Doug Williams and Andy Nielsen head up our Care Groups - visitation groups that meet regularly to visit members in the congregation. Our Meals on Wheels program assists members in our congregation several times a week.

Our counseling center is a vital part of our work here at Graymere, and Doug oversees the center itself as well as the counselors we have working there.

Andy Nielsen helps coordinate our Graymere Kids service each Sunday evening for our kids, ages 3 thru 5th grade.

Jon-Micah Clanton helps our Education Minister keep track of our 12-14 teachers we have every quarter in Pre-K and Elementary grades for Bible classes on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.

Vance Hendrickson and Jody Pigg help our Education Minister coordinate Adult bible classes across Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. They also help in curriculum and future planning.

Our local evangelism and mission efforts are coordinated by Tommy Gore.

Doug is our deacon who helps coordinate our Clothes Closet, a ministry where people can get used clothes for free on Thursdays during the school year.

Dwayne Fulks and Rick Barker coordinate with several ministries and events for both young people as well as area preachers.

Jon Compton and Josh Bishop help with special events setup and teardown, and as well as coordinating tables and chairs being set up and reset for classrooms.

John Lawson coordinates our L2L program where kids learn and compete in various worship opportunities such as speech, puppets and Bible reading and coordinates our trip to the convention in Nashville every spring.

Darren works with our various mens and ladies groups to coordinate events and retreats.

Matt works with our Missions Minister, Jonathan Winchester, to coordinate mission trips and mission points throughout the world.

Doug and Tommy coordinate our ministry to those in our local jail.

Hollis Carpenter, Randy Goodwin and Stephen Smith all coordinate our security around the church building, as well as for any special events at any other buildings on campus.

Kevin helps our Seniors Minister, Jack Malone, with planning events for seniors but also assists with helping our seniors with various types of home repairs.

Ben works with our finance and accounting side of paying bills and keeping accounts balanced.

Monte Tatom and Jeff Skelton are currently working to revamp our GPS system to help more people become involved with ministries at Graymere.

Tim and Matt coordinate our various visitation groups throughout the year who go visit members in the congregation on a regular basis.

Andrew and Mark-Aaron coordinate who will serve at our worship services and notify those men in order for them to be ready to serve.

Josh Love, Jeff Skelton, Barry Christian, and Dennis Cofer all work with our Student Minister, Jon David Schwartz, to coordinate youth activities but also our Wednesday evening Into the City ministry.

Mark-Aaron coordinates activities and events with our middle school pre-teens, ages 3rd-6th grade.

Michael Miller and Austin Simmons help coordinate our Homebuilders class and various family activities and retreats for that group.

Jim coordinates classes and activities with our College-age group.

Vance Hendrickson, Philip Wright, Rick Barker and Wayne Phillips coordinate our worship service on Sundays at Morning Point Nursing Home as well as our Thursday morning NHC Bible study.

Jordan helps keep up our buses as well as coordinates the different trips and activities that they are used for.

Ricky Thompson, Bobby Bishop, and Ken Young head up our disaster relief team and coordinates any trips or supplies that are needed for disasters that we are supporting.

Randy Goodwin and Jordan Compton coordinate our attendance taking and counting throughout our weekly Bible classes.

Stephen, along with his wife Mary-Beth, coordinate our World Bible School program, interacting and teaching the Gospel in countries all over the world through their WBS program.
